Principal’s Message

We are very proud of our school. Rehobeth Elementary School (RES) has great students and supportive parents.  The faculty/staff work extremely hard to provide a safe and clean environment.  Safety for everyone on this campus is always our first concern.  In the case of any emergency instructions or information we utilize Blackboard our automated calling system.  In addition, we post information on Facebook regarding any necessary information for parents

RES maintains high expectations for all students.  Parent involvement is necessary to insure that your child receives encouragement and assistance at home.  Your participation in monitoring your child’s grades, helping with homework, making sure required papers are signed and returned in a timely manner will certainly help your child be successful.  Always contact your child’s teacher immediately if you have any concerns.  Some things do take time.  It’s very important that no time is wasted in addressing academic or behavioral concerns.

Everyone is very busy these days.  Please make sure to keep up with child’s school activities through the RES Handbook, weekly classroom newsletters, RES Facebook Page and the RES website.  Stay informed and avoid missing deadlines, events and specific instructions for activities. 

As always, we invite you to get involved with PTO and as a teacher helper.  It’s going to be a great year at RES.  Thank you for sharing your child with us.
